While the hotel facilities were good and staff alerted all guests of northern lights appearance, there was dangerous ice in parking lot so we had to drive up onto the patio to get bags and selves safely to entrance.

Lovely location in the middle of nowhere. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Every room has a view. Beds comfortable, welcoming international staff. Dinner portions were very generous and they accommodated dietary restrictions for our group

Eines der vielen in den letzten Jahren neu erbauten und gut in die Landschaft integrierten Hotels in Island. Ideale Lage für alle Ausflüge rund um den Myvatnsee inkl dem Diamond Loop. Lohnenswert sind eine Kraterrandbesteigung und die dampfenden Felder. Ausnehmend nettes Personal an Reception und im Restaurant.
