The room is big, but the location is a bit remote. It takes a long time to drive to the city to eat, but it is very close to the scenic spots on the black sand beach. Comfortable, clean. Liked having someone on site for questions. My only complaint is no central AC and if we wanted to use the one unit, it was going to cost 10 a day. Other than that, would recommend

Very nice landscaping, view and pool-tub. Unit its old but updated, large and well maintained. Staff helpful and friendly. Optional extra charge for AC but not needed.

Nice quiet location. We booked only one night here to tour the Volcano. Not much around here otherwise especially if you’re in need of groceries and other supplies.
