Nice enough hotel. Breakfast was ok. Room was average and what I was expecting. Noisy plumbing! Good balcony though and use of leisure facilities very welcome.

Great hotel. Only issue was with room cleaning staff. There was no bath & shower gel on first day and our room did not get cleaned on second day. I was in the room from 1:45 pm to 4:45 pm and had the do not disturb sign on door however there was plenty of time before as I left the hotel at 9 am. There was bath and shower gel on third day. Had room 319 which was noisy as the hallway splits outside and groups of people which have rooms in different directions tend to stand outside the door and talk before splitting up and going their separate ways.

Attended a party recently and the food was delicious. Kudos to Chef Abhi ! Serving staff and staff at bar were both excellent and had smiles on their faces. Food was the star of show so congratulations to kitchen staff and chef Abhi. Hotel was really busy but that didn’t affect the staff.

I had a voucher for my birthday and I used it to have an amazing pregnancy massage! The service was outstanding and Debbie, the lady who looked after me was so nice and gentle! I would recommend this spa to everyone who is looking to relax and have an enjoyable time.

Attended 18th birthday party- Food was excellent, plenty of choices. Head Chef abhi - I think the name was looking after the whole food preparation- the buffet was laid out so professionally- All the dishes were delicious, attention to detail was put in - head chef came out twice to spot check everything- it was really a personal touch ..I heard there was another big gathering happening in the hotel but head chef looked relaxed and focused on customer service. C&B manager and other staff were second to none. They knew all the dishes very well and service was great. Hotel itself look great ambience. Great place to enjoy. It is really worth a visit specially for food and service, ambience. Love it.

This is not a 4* hotel. To access the pool with my daughter, we had to go through the underground car and up two flights of stairs and go outside to get into the leisure centre. Far from ideal if you have kids or it’s raining. The changing area is small and the pool was cold, my daughter wanted to leave after ten minutes due to the cold. Breakfast was ok, but for the amount of staff in attendance the tables weren’t properly set and I had to source cutlery and milk myself from other tables. The staff are friendly, but that seems to the only plus to staying there. The room was nice, but couldn’t get the aircon to work properly. It’s a Celtic tiger hotel whose best days are behind it, and is now run by a hotel group whose main focus is profit rather than hospitality.

The initial deal was very reasonable. B&B with 3 course evening meal plus a 50 minute spa treatment. The treatment was amazing couldn't fault it. The free drink on arrival was also a nice touch. The only down side to the spa is there is no pool in the spa and to access it, U need to go down to basement and through a carpark to get to it. The room was fab the bath is amazing and a lovely balcony. 😍 fab in the sun. We did end up getting stuck in the fire escape and found it hard to get out. There are no handles on the doors in the fire escape 🤔 The meal in the bar was disappointing the starter chicken wings were fab.the main noodle dish with chicken and prawn was awful . The chicken was over cooked and hard. Very bland and tasteless. When we complained we were compensated with a bottle of presecco. And we had our breakfast to the room the next morning for which there is usually a charge. It was free. The breakfast was grand usual hotel brekkie. A few changes to the layout could have this place fab. The pool being so far away from the spa is annoying and also the food needs improvement.. the staff were lovely throughout.
