Un séjour de rêve hôtel très propres accueil magnifique animation top service 20/20 buffet varié très frais on risque pas d'oublier ses jours et soirée de rêve rendez vous l'année prochaine avec grand plaisir .les chambres sont magnifique grand spacieuse

I was not impressed with this hotel as a tui blue. 1st of all my partners son sliced his foot open in the swim up room, as a cup had been smashed by the people before and not cleaned correctly. 2nd the food was not the best as once it was gone it was gone, this is not right. 3rd the room was not good as it was meant to be refurbished. 4th the pool bar washing the cups in their water with no washing liquid or going in the dishwasher and just filling them back up, I began to feel sick and my friends vomited for 2 days, will not be going back to this hotel.

Un très bon hôtel familiale propre Personnel aux petits soins , de la bonne bouffe une plage superbe avec une animation tout au long de la journée on a passer un excellent weekend avec la famille on reviendra forcément. je recommande fortement

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cet hôtel et nous rentrons ravis. L'hôtel est très beau et la remise au gout du jour est un bon point et cela n'est que le début. Les chambres sont grandes propres literie très bonne et wifi. Sdb très propre aussi. Femme de chambre du 3 mange 1 est d une gentillesse et très compétente. Le personnel est très aimable Mention pour Noura qui est une perle et qui répond à vos moindres besoins toujours avec le sourire. Nous souhaitions du repos et avons trouve la piscine calme très agréable et essentiellement grâce à Momo qui fait respecter avec tact et humour le règlement. Les autres piscines disposent d'activités en tous genres pour amuser petits et grands. Nous avons passé un moment magique au restaurant Baia. Félicitations au chef nous avons adoré le cadre le service et le repas. Les repas sont très variés au grand restaurant tout le monde y trouvera son bonheur tant il y a le choix et la qualité et cela matin midi et soir et c' est un point à souligner car ce n'est pas le cas en général dans du all inclus malheureusement les gens mangent avec les yeux et gaspillent exagérément et sans aucuns état d âme c'est le gros point noir de notre séjour il faudrait sensibiliser la clientèle à cela et aussi au respect avec le personnel de service qui travaillent très dur. Il y a toujours des suggestions ou des améliorations à dire mais j'ai préféré en parler sur place que derrière un écran. Nous reviendrons et nous conseillons déjà nos proches à y séjourner. Le pianiste est un plaisir à ecouter

The best all inclusive food we have ever had! Great holiday. Food- What other all inclusive does sword fish, lobster, oysters, fillet stake???? Kids- for kids this place is fantastic-the entertainment, slides,beach and pools are more than enough to keep them entertained. Pools- decent, some busy, some quiet. Its a get you sun towels down early job, unfortunately. Hotel is spotless, carpets could do with an update if I'm honest but not a massive issue. Staff- can't do enough for you. Tui reps- brilliant, especially a Scottish lady called Nancy (looks like the footballer lucy bronze) who is just amazing with the kids and other guests. Get a private transfer as the bus takes over 1.5 hours. Oh there is a barbers just uo the road that is decent too! Would go back

Very helpful and accommodating. Nothing is too much for the staff at the hotel. The hotel is clean and every day the room is clean. TUI blue staff very friendly. Staff very responsive if any issues. Food was great and service in restaurant amazing. xx
