酒店有些年頭了 目前4樓到7樓在裝修 泡湯的話 是有時間段的 我是訂了個10人間的合式 住了2個人 所以很寬敞 陽台下就是海 早上5:30分可以看日出 晚餐不錯 就是酒店老了 各種設施顯得陳舊 晚上蚊子多 我數了下 一個晚上拍死了6隻 如果可以準備電蚊香就會好一些吧 實在是太多蚊子了 隔音一般

The hotel breakfast and dinner are quite rich and different every day. The hot springs are very good, both indoors and outdoors. The hotel is under renovation, so the price is very cheap and the renovation will not affect the rest.

The room was clean. Dinner and breakfast were perfect. The old lady serving in the restaurant was probably over 75 years old. Very humorous. Due to hiking, we went to dinner late. Let us have fun. I didn't expect that she would have to work again for breakfast the next day. It's hard work.

During the May Day holiday, I walked the Kumano Kodo "Nakabe" with my friends. Kamenoi Hotel (Nachikatsuura) can be said to be the worst hotel I have experienced in so many times in Japan. It even made me feel that I was in Japan, and I was staying in a four-star hotel in Japan. The hotel is a bit old and is under renovation. These are understandable and will not be used to complain. I have stayed in homestays, youth hostels, hotels, and hot spring hotels in Japan. But this time, my friends and I really can't say a good word, and Japan is famous for its service. There were seven of us in our group, and we booked a sea view tatami with two meals. The downspout on the balcony was very loud, and there were mosquitoes at night. Maybe because it was on the third floor, these were tolerable. But the quality of this meal was written as Kaiseki cuisine. There was sand in the snails, the fire of the beef pot was gone, and no one would come to help you add fire and light it if you didn't call. You had to raise your hand every time to call the waiter. Although there was tuna, the quality of these ingredients, to be honest, if I were in a restaurant, I wouldn't order it. The waiter was also very bad, and there was no service at all. We asked for water, and the waiter said you can get it yourself, there is one on the table over there, but he took the initiative to pour ice water for the two foreigners at the next table, and said for the first time that I didn't eat enough for dinner. The next morning, I went to have breakfast, and the chopsticks that fell on the floor last night were still there. Several of our friends asked with question marks, is this in Japan? The hotel has a hot spring, and the towels are in the room, but I didn't inform you in advance when I checked in. The hot spring does not provide towels, and you have to take the towels down from the room yourself. A few days ago, we stayed in another hot spring hotel, and everything was clearly stated. After the hot spring, there is a box for throwing wet towels, but if I want to soak again, where are the towels? Shouldn't these be informed in advance by the front desk or other waiters, instead of us asking proactively. Since we ordered wine for dinner, when I went to pay, they didn't take the initiative to provide our bill, but typed a number on the computer. My friend ordered the wine, and I thought the amount was wrong, so I asked them to show us the bill. Then they showed us the handwritten wine bill, and it was wrong. They charged us two bottles of wine. The wine was given by the Malaysian guests at another big table next door. Because we walked the Kumano Kodo together, we met in the mountains almost every day, and we happened to live in the same hotel, so they gave us two small bottles of sake. The hotel can make mistakes, but at least they should confirm it, right?

Because the hotel is under renovation, we may have been upgraded to a Tian series room. It is a room with an open-air hot spring. The hot spring is amazing, the room is also very large, and the bed is in the inner compar**ent. The hotel looks very old, I hope it will be brand new after the renovation!
