房間夠大，安靜，交通方便，離火車站和海鮮市場也就十分鐘路程。酒店早餐和晚餐相當豐富，每天都不一樣。温泉很不錯，有市內也有露天。酒店正在裝修，所以價格很便宜，裝修不會影響休息。

五一假期和朋友走了熊野古道"中邊",龜之井酒店（那智勝浦）可以説是我去日本那麼多次,體驗最差的一家酒店,甚至讓我產生了錯覺,我是在日本嗎,我是住的日本的以四星打造的酒店嗎?酒店有點老舊,在翻修,這些能理解,也不會拿來吐槽,日本我住過民宿,住過青旅,住過酒店,也有温泉酒店。但這次真的無法讓我和我的朋友們説出個好字，而且以服務出名的日本。我們一行七人，定的是含兩餐的海景榻榻米，陽台上的落水管聲音大得不行，晚上有蚊子了，可能因為是三樓，這些都可以忍受。但這個餐食的質量，還象模象樣的寫着是懷石料理。螺裏有沙子，牛肉鍋的火沒有了，不叫是不會有人來幫你加火和點火的，每次都必須要舉手，才能叫得到服務員，雖然説有金槍魚，但這些食材的質量，説實話，如果我在飯店裡我不會點的，服務員也是差到不行，完全沒有服務可言，我們提出需要水，服務員説你們可以自取，那邊桌上有，但確主動幫隔壁桌的兩個老外倒冰水，第一次説我晚飯沒吃飽。第二天早上去吃早餐，昨天晚上掉在地上的筷子居然還在，我們幾個朋友打着問號説，這是在日本嗎？酒店帶温泉，毛巾在房間裏，但辦理入住的時候也沒事先告知，温泉裏不提供毛巾，必須自己從房間裏把毛巾帶下去，前幾天我們住的另一家温泉酒店，每件事都説得明明白白，泡完温泉，倒是有扔濕毛巾的箱子，但我如果想再泡呢，毛巾呢？這些是不是都應該是前台或其他服務員事先告知一下，而不是讓我們主動去問。由於我們晚餐自己另外點了酒，我去結帳的時候，他們也不是主動提供我們的帳單，而是用計算機打了個數字。酒是我朋友點的，覺得金額不對，請他們把帳單給我們看，才把手寫的酒水帳單給我們看，一看不對，多算了我們二瓶酒，那個酒是隔壁另一個大桌的馬來西亞客人送的，因為大家一起走的熊野古道，幾乎天天在山裡見面，又那麼碰巧同住一家酒店，所以他們送了兩小瓶清酒，酒店可以有失誤，但至少應該確認一下吧？

因為酒店在裝修，可能給我們升級了天系列的房間。是有露天温泉的房間。温泉超讚，房間也很大，睡覺的床鋪在裏面的隔間。酒店看得出很陳舊了，希望裝修完煥然一新！
