Hôtel Mercure Rif Nador

One of star-rated hotels in Nador with the best view by the long beach. Although the facilities are a bit dated, but well maintained.

The location is good. The room is clean

A very disappointing stay at a so-called four-star hotel. 1. The breakfast selection was extremely limited and felt like leftovers. The only edible item was the freshly made omelette, but the waiting time was very long. 2. After checking in at midnight, we had to wait nearly 40 minutes for someone to fix the faulty electronic door lock. 3. No disposable slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrush were provided. Overall, apart from the grand-looking lobby, the experience was worse than that of many three-star hotels. 一次非常糟糕的四星酒店入住经历。1.早餐品类极少，像是剩饭一样。只有先做的煎蛋饼堪称能吃，但是等待时间很久。2.在凌晨入住酒店后，因房门的电子锁故障，很久才有人来房间处理，耽搁了差不多40分钟。3.不提供一次性拖鞋/牙膏/牙刷。总体而言，感觉除了大堂气派点，其余比三星酒店都不如。

The most beautiful sea view is right outside the hotel, and the room is also very suitable for sleeping, with a comfortable small balcony. Thank you very much for Ikram and Hidaya's enthusiastic service, which made us feel at home

We were the only “foreigners” in the hotel at the beginning. The constant staring from staff and other hotel guests was exhausting. It's probably more of a hotel for locals. We couldn't use the pool as soon after the opening at 10am there is animation music with a DJ and the whole pool is a show area. The people at reception are not very cooperative - we asked if there were guided tours as we felt unsafe in the streets - we didn't discover the modern Morocco that was advertised to us anywhere. The receptionist replied as if we were not from this planet, no, there is absolutely no such thing. We left the hotel prematurely, totally disappointed. Nador and the region probably need a few more years to really prove themselves as a presumably interesting encounter. PS. The advertising photos are great, but the hotel itself is a bit outdated. In the room some things were damaged like the TV and furniture. We had the worst room in terms of view on the second floor. Presumably this is a general treatment of non-locals.

Centrally located in Nador with a good view of the waterfront, this is a good business hotel with spa and gym. Breakfast during the Ramadan period is a bit of a subdued affair with the meal delivered in a tray rather than in a buffet format.
