Great location, along Magsaysay Avenue. It’s just behind Villa Caceres Hotel. The place is clean although the room is a bit small. Perfect for travelers who are on a budget

Love this hotel stayed there 8 times in the last year Nice frendly and helpful staff, some small shops and restaurants just out the back Cose to the airport and a short cab ride to larger malls and attractions

Staff are very nice and accommodating. Friendly and very quick to action on any concerns. The hotel is of good value for money and location is accessible making it easier to move around Naga. The amenities are also up to standards and will definitely refer to others.

The best staff that I've experienced. Everyone was very much willing to help me out and accommodate my requests. The bedroom, comfort room are clean and spacious for business travellers like me. If ever I'll be back in Naga, I'll still choose this hotel.

We booked a family room for 4. We were given Rm 2003 which was super-cramped.  They forced 2 double-size beds into a room that should house only one bed. The beds were arranged like an inverted 'T'. Add to that our 6 luggages and backpacks and there's hardly any space to navigate around the room.   There's a floating dresser with pull-down desk where every thing you put on it slides down. The desk obviously broke before (I'm guessing someone  placed a heavy object on it) but when they tried to fix it they couldn't get the desk to align properly so it's sloping downward.      They made up for the lack of closet space by installing those wall-protruding thingies  where you can hang stuff but it's not enough for a family of four       The shower space is too small. Ok, they did what they could with the small space. But what's annoying is that the spot to hang hand towels is too close to the sink that the towel itself gets wet when we wash our hands. (See pics).      They don't offer complimentary breakfast but they direct guests to the neighboring Villa Caceres hotel for a 20% discounted breakfast.       Positives - the place  is generally clean, the staff are accommodating and Wi-Fi is ok.

Everything is clean, accomodating staffs, good for business stays. The hot shower is not hot enough for me becauce i like really hot water, but it's alright for me. Among the rest, the most still stood out for me is the staffs, they are all nice, accomodating and helful
