Location is great - near town center, malls and restaurants. Staffs are friendly. Wifi is okay. Ac is working great. There is hot shower also.
However, the hotel is a little bit old already and the furnishings have not been updated. Breakfast is one meal per pax/not buffet style.

Helpful, friendly staff including the driver who pickup n deliver us to airport. Excellent Security and good restaurant. Highly recommended n i will book in again for my next trip to naga.
