Very very bad experience with booking in this hotel, The Naga Manor. BE WARNED: THIS HOTEL DOESN’T EXIST ANYMORE. It was renamed Reddoorz, Balatas, Naga City. And Reddoorz doesn’t honor booking made for The Naga Manor. They don’t also reimburse your online payment.
On Dec 15, 2021, I booked for 2 rooms at The Naga Manor Hotel with Trip.com, paid 4,495.92 pesos for a day stay. Upon arrival at the premises, the present hotel, Reddoorz, didn’t honor my booking & payment. They said, they are a different hotel and is not connected with the The Naga Manor. So I was forced to book again on sight and pay for a room.
Why is Trip.com still accepting bookings for a hotel that doesn’t exist anymore? What happens to the prepayments made by guests to Trip.com? Is Trip.com scamming people to book with hotels even if these hotels aren’t existent anymore?
Just a warning: Don’t book at THE NAGA MANOR anymore. It is still listed with Trip.com and will confirm your booking & accept payment. What a scam!!
