The room i was given was blocker by the roof. It was so claustrophobic. I explained my medical condition but they won't give me another room. Instead I was being asked to pay extra to stay in a more expensive room. I told the guy I just want to move to a different room that is not blocked as it will cause me ticks and panic attacks. When I tried to cancel I via trip.com it declared I stayed in the hotel despite giving me a note that I cancelled.

I rate it 5, approachable staffs and they are very polite assisting us. This cozy caffe has left the best impressions! best coffee, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, nice menu lists and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

I have visited a few times, though never stayed the night. It’s a nice, friendly place. My reason for marking the hotel down is lack of catering for vegetarians. At a recent function I was told I could have the ‘Fries Melt’; but when it arrived it included spicy minced beef mixed in! I appeal to Chef Philip to include vegetarian options on the menus. We don’t want to be made a special case but we want more than salad. I believe if you cater for vegetarians they will come. At present there is no incentive for them to come and dine. Who knows how many stay away?

Our family chose to celebrate Valentines here. We are a group of 9. We booked in advance and paid the required deposit. When we came, we did not have a table reserved for us. It took them almost an hour to seat us and the program had started. They also tried to put us in a corner away from all the guests. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager did not even have the courtesy to see us. We opted to just leave. Needless to say, we did not get to celebrate Valentines. It would have been my husband’s first time to celebrate here in the Philippines and my kids waited for this occasion for days. Very very disappointing. I will never recommend this place.

Excellent food and service with excellent service crews! The reception is warm and welcoming. Staff were friendly enough to host a surprise birthday greeting when went to celebreate there with free complimentary cake and dance. Overall a pleasant experience. Well recommended to spend your evening and celebrations.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Great food, ambiance and place. Beds are comfortable as well plus amenities are superb. Overall, awesome experience. Place is also affordable and would highly recommended it to friends and relatives. Will definitely visit again.

Love the ambiance , best stay for family and couple. To relax and enjoy a nice coffee, for having a meeting, this is the most recommended place Their menu is amazingly delicious. Great steak and reasonable prices. I simply love this place and definitely one of my favourite restaurants

Great food and dining experience! The food was excellent and so was the service. Me and my significant other tried the sisig. My wife had a blue margarita which was also very good. They were very conscientious about gluten allergies. The restaurant has a vey nice ambiance and a cozy bar.
