Opposite the east side of the station, take the elevator down the overpass and walk a short distance to the hotel. It's only a 5-minute walk from the station and very convenient for transfers. The double room is a bit small, the facilities are simple but the service staff are friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located, clean, and there is a convenience store downstairs for late night snacks. It is convenient to go to nearby attractions. There is a bus stop/subway station after walking for a while. It is highly accessible and worth recommending.

The hotel's very good location allows you to easily get to the main attraction - the Raven Castle. The train station is nearby. And in the evening, the hotel restaurant offers free ramen or ice cream to choose from. We really liked this hotel, I recommend it.

Great value for money given the location.
Perfect for a convenient overnight stay to see the snow monkey park. Location is directly across from the train/bus station. Room was fine for a couple, a little small, but comfortable.

Everything is good, the room is clean, the location is excellent, you can see the hotel when you exit the east exit of Nagano Station, and there is a 711 just across the overpass, which is very convenient. But the bed is too small, we have squeezed into small beds in Japan before, but this is the first time we squeezed into such a small bed.

Very good reception and the location is quite convenient (even if you have to cross the train station to go to the city center). The alarm clock in the room rang by itself one morning, otherwise the room was comfortable.
