I used it for the first time. It was very convenient near the station.
I also liked the shoji-like indirect lighting on the window side of the room, which was easy on the eyes.
Unfortunately, the vending machines were almost sold out.
Maybe it was because I was late, but there weren't many convenience stores nearby, so I didn't have many options when I wanted to quench my thirst.
I want to use it again.

ビジネス宿泊で利用です。長岡駅よりすぐ近くです。隣は長岡市役所で隈研吾設計で素晴らしいロケーションです。チェックインから部屋の広さや朝食は新潟名物の栃尾の油揚げやへぎそば、のっぺ汁と大満足です。急な雨にも傘の☂️無料提供と最高でした。が、チェックアウト時の担当男性に鍵とアンケートをお渡しして終了にはずが、朝食アンケート提出する事での粗品提供を一切無視していました。最後の最後で嘘つき状態でチェックアウトととても悲しい限りです。お客様にアンケート依頼をする以上は約束をきちんと守られれば満点💯かと思います。今後に期待です。

出張で利用。駅チカでデッキ沿いに雨に濡れずに行けます。 老舗らしい佇まいで、やや老朽化を感じさせる建物ですが、きちんと清掃されており備品等を含めて快適に過ごせました。一応大浴場があるのですが、男女入替え制で21時以降は女性専用となり食事後の入浴は難しいようです。朝一で利用しましたが少々手狭な印象です。 朝食ビュッフェ付きプランだったのですが、利用者が少なかった関係で定食スタイルになっており、これはこれで豪華でありきたりなビュッフェより食べすぎてしまいました。 やや老朽化していることを気にしなければとてもコスパの良いホテルかと思います。

チェックイン時に朝食が別になっていることを明確に言ってくれなかっとことで朝食で嫌な思いをした。最近朝食券が無いホテルもあるのでそう思っていたら朝食券を求められて初めて知った。朝食もサラダや小鉢ものが無いのに補充されず堪能出来なかった。出張利用には充分であるが、ちょっと残念が残った。
