We had a wonderful time as usual. It is our go to destination and everything from the food to the ambience and from the cleanliness to the staff have been an absolute pleasure during our stay. The food was delicious, the staff was very responsive and helpful. My only suggestion would be to incorporate a footmat outside the bathroom door.

Nice hotel with friendly staffs, little far away from Velankanni church but they organize local transport to reach there.. Value for money when compared with other hotels weekend rates in that area, rooms are neat and clean, worthy stay!!

Excellent staff and food was great. Rooms are spacious and the Sofa cum bed is very comfortable too. A good options for family trip.

As a wo***, I never stayed anywhere alone. However this is the first experience that I started with MGM groups for solo stay. I can say MGM Velankanni Residency is a Home-2. For those women who travel solo and do pilgrim, don't get confused when you chose MGM. Neat, Clean, efficient & comfortable Stay with high class. Clam and peaceful surroundings. Good Car parking facility. Appreciating the hospitality and care from Each staff and fulfil our needs. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.

The food was not that great very less choices , no choice for kids food, the chef should be more flexible even if they don’t have kids menu I had asked for breaded chicken they gave grilled chicken instead, one of the days I got Diarrhea because of the food. The front office should help with the local rides and it’s way too expensive just to travel to church . They should bargain or get proper people to handle their guest, “the auto took Rs. 1000 to drive to church and come back “ . The housekeeping didn’t clean the room even once during our stay . F&B and room service staff are good. Rooms are good . The pool should be kept open till 8 pm. The property is good just need to give guest more care.

The hospitality was tremendous. Kind and courteous staff who went out of their way for all our needs to be met. Food was very innovative.Custom made meals off the menu too were served. The rooms were spacious and clean. Value for money too. Will definitely return and highly recommended.

Not maintaining standards Not 100% satisfaction stay in mgm Velankanni. Front of the guests they are behaving worst . Staff spoil the name of the mgm . Last 6 years I m staying there but last 2 times 2024 very bad experience front office person need training
