Near to Nagasaki metro, takes around 5mins walk from the station. Take the elevator below the overhead bridge then walk to another end with elevator. You will see a family mart, cross the road, there is a yakiniku, the hotel is just located next to it. Down side is that the aircon is centralise, you cant adjust heater mode. Room is small, but still enough to open a 60cm tall luggage and lay it open.

The location was good and the parking lot was close by, which was very helpful. It was a block away from the main road so it wasn't too noisy at night, so I was able to stay comfortably.
