職員有善，房間雖然很少，但是很乾淨。大堂有免費的飲料和零食，有些桌遊和書籍可以看。早上的早餐有點偏咸。很推薦！如果再來會選擇再入住。

グラバー園、大浦天主堂近く、このエリアを散策するのに便利。レンタカーで来ましたがわかりやすかったです。 フリードリンクラウンジはアルコールを含む様々な飲み物が用意されており、とても落ち着く場所で、多くの宿泊者がそれぞれゆっくり楽しんでおられました。 夕食もお料理にあったワインがいろいろ楽しめます。 スタッフも親切でサービスもすばらしく、良い長崎の思い出となりました。 部屋は清潔で落ち着きます。お風呂はトイレと同じスペースですが、バスタブは広く、ハワイのホテルみたいな感じでした。 長崎は初めて来ましたが、再訪間違いなしです。その際はまた利用させていただきます。 次は、違う夕食プランで泊まりたいですね。 お世話になりました！ 宿泊者さん

大浦天主堂とグラバー園へは、ホテルから数分で行けるので、そちらを観光したい方には、最適なホテルです。WiFiはロビーでしか繋がらないので不便ですが、ロビーにはワインを含む各種ドリンクと、ホテルシェフお手製のカステラや各種スナックがフリーで楽しめるので、ネットサーフィンに適した環境となっています。夕食はまず、お通し12種をワインとのマリアージュで(スペインのピンチョスのように)楽しみ、〆にブイヤベースちゃんぽんが供されます。ガッツリ食べるよりもお酒を楽しむ方に向いています。料理の味付けやバリエーションはとても良かったです。バスルームは洗い場なしのバスタブというのが西洋風ですが、日本人には不便な構造と感じました。ホテルが坂道の中途に立地しているので、マイカーかタクシーで訪れることをお勧めします。
