I stayed in the ”Premium Balcony Twin” on the top floor (13th floor) for one night from Sunday, April 28th. The hotel just opened on January 16th this year, so the whole place is very clean, and the objects displayed everywhere are casually neat, but very highly designed. The room is a spacious 36m2, with a comfortable bed, a large walk-in closet, and the power system is equipped with the latest facilities. You can also enjoy Youtube and Netflix on the large screen hanging on the wall. The bathroom is also spacious and well equipped with a narrow but long bathtub, rain shower, hand shower, and other facilities, and the layout is straight from the balcony of the room, so the whole room feels very spacious. [About the Club Lounge] The hotel's club lounge, the M Club Lounge, is located on the top floor (13th floor), and its appeal is that it is open 24 hours a day. The sofas are spaced apart in the lounge, which is larger than I expected. During cocktail time and coordinated time from 4pm to 9pm, alcohol, cocktail food, and sweets are available, and the quality is quite high. It was a long weekend day, so the lounge was busy, but it didn't feel as cramped as I expected. [About Breakfast] Breakfast was served in a Japanese and Western buffet style at Harbella on the 7th floor, where the reception is located. The food was reasonably high quality, and local foods such as Goto udon and Nagasaki sara udon were also available. However, the main dish, which used to be made to order, was now available at the egg station in the buffet area, and I didn't think it was worth the price of 5,500 yen. [About the staff service] This left a good impression. Especially in lounges and other places where manual, formal, and reserved service is common these days, I liked the way the young staff actively tried to communicate with guests. [Points of concern] I would like to see additional recreational facilities such as a pool or spa. If this is difficult given the location, I would like the hotel to expand its services as a city resort, such as by organizing original sightseeing tours. I feel that as the hotel ages and guests tire of it, it will become a high-end terminal hotel mainly for business and banquets. One more thing I would like is for the route to be made clearer for those arriving by car. Unless there is at least an area reserved for guests in the Amu Plaza car park, it will be very difficult to park when it is busy.

I was going back on a day trip, but the facilities in Nagasaki city were too substantial and stayed in a hurry. I accidentally discovered when I was looking for a hotel with hot bath facilities near the station. Search for today's accommodation price in the hotel lobby. I knew the cold and the full content of the hotel, so I decided by the amount presented by the hotel. The elevator is rare in a business hotel and 3,4 units. Security is also safe to push the card key and the accommodation floor. On the first floor, there is a convenience store (which can be entered and left by hotel key), and the hotel original snack is prepared at night, and the hot bath facilities are also complete with inner bath, open-air bath and sauna. Both can be selected because there is a shower room in the room. It is good to go with a feeling like a hiding hotel because it is located one step away from the street. It is recommended to enjoy the night view and the emotion of Nagasaki depending on the place.

This time I stayed in a room with 3 beds with 3 family members. The size of the room, the lighting (brightness) and the cleanliness were great. Especially, I am very satisfied with the size of the room (of course, it is not as large as overseas, but in Japan there are 3 beds, and I am impressed with that size). The location of the hotel was also convenient between Nagasaki Station and the center of Nagasaki. The front desk customer service was very good except for one person. I want one of them to follow other staff and do their best to provide better service in the future. The hotel is a bit old, but it was well maintained and I was able to spend a very comfortable time with my family.

It was an incredible inn that I was staying with a budget control. The customer service was always polite and smiling and gave me some fine care. The room was fashionable and clean, and there was no dirt that was concerned. Smart singles are wider than considering the number of tatami mats because there is no bathtub, and I didn't feel particularly narrow for the amount of luggage arrangement, notes, smartphone use, sleep, etc. The shower room was also thankful that the gap was blocked so that the water did not go to the toilet side. Unlike the minimal, it is a full western style floor. Although the space for the washbasin is not large, there is another place in the washbasin, so it is recommended to divide the washbasin into two or more large porch. The bath in the bath also extended and soaked, and the fatigue of the sightseeing in Nagasaki City, which tended to be beautiful and easy to walk, healed more than I imagined. The bath and the room were secure, and even the woman was safe. In addition, it was a nice trip, and it was full of a little goodness that raised the travel mood, such as coffee and tea freely in front of the front desk. The breakfast at the beginning of April was a sandwich buffet with a tasteful bread and pancake, and selection of ingredients from cream, *, sausage, sliced onions, saba, etc. There are several kinds of soup, coffee, tea and juice, but there is no miso soup and white rice, so I think it's a preference there. I was delicious. Even if you don't set breakfast by reservation, it was difficult to buy a ticket at the front desk if you were tired or trying to go to breakfast when the store was a holiday. By the way, the entrance and the price are different, but there is a popular cooking on the second floor, and if you are careful about the business hours and the restriction of the entrance of the large bath, you can drink the sour in 0 minutes on foot. If you care about time, you can also look around the nearby store street. Chinatown and Dejima were able to walk in the typical cultural system, and the city tram station was also nearby and it was a good location.

It was clean and tidy. The food was delicious. It's a new facility. The staff had lovely smiles!

The hotel is well located for the Tram which is the main transport around Nagasaki and there are good restaurants, coffee shops (try Caffe Veloce) and convenience stores nearby in the lanes. The room was also one of the biggest we stayed in. But a heavy downside for us was the cigarette smoke smell in the reception area because of its proximity to the bar where smoking is allowed. The bar itself looked great but we didn't use it, or take the breakfast option because of the smell. If it wasn't for this I would definitely have rated it higher.

I was able to spend a relaxing time in the renewed room. When I asked at the front desk about the place I wanted to visit, I carefully examined and received the materials. Thank you very much. There were many types of breakfast and I enjoyed it. It was a late time, but the fewer side dishes were properly replenished. One unfortunate thing. When you try to sleep, next door? The sound of drainage in the room echoed in the room for a few minutes. The drainage sound of the washbasin in the room I stayed in was also loud, so I thought it was a problem of drainage connection construction.

I always stay at Richmond when i travel in Japan. I am happy with the location , very convenient to everything. My room was specious and clean.When i need more coffee bag , i git it deliver to my room very quickly. It is really value for money staying at Richmond Hotel.

First of all, it's only a minute's walk from the ”Oura Kaigan-dori” stop on the Nagasaki tram line, so it's the perfect place to use the streetcar! The scenery is good, but I'm worried that other group guests and anglers can pass right outside the window on the first floor. Also, there seems to be no elevator on the second floor, so you can carry your luggage and go up and down the stairs. There are some facilities under repair or maintenance, but it is difficult to understand. Islander Minne has quite a few stairs, slopes, and slopes, so be careful if you have a bad leg. The child may be fun, but I was disappointed. The hotel itself and the nearby aisles are aging, so be careful at your feet. The air conditioner and hammock in the room are full of dust.
