I stayed in the ”Premium Balcony Twin” on the top floor (13th floor) for one night from Sunday, April 28th. The hotel just opened on January 16th this year, so the whole place is very clean, and the objects displayed everywhere are casually neat, but very highly designed. [About the rooms] The biggest feature of the rooms is the balcony. When you go out onto the balcony, you can feel the pleasant breeze, and you can see the hilly streets typical of Nagasaki, the mountain on the opposite side of Mount Inasa, and the Nagasaki Port with many ships passing by on the left, which was very refreshing. The room is a spacious 36m2, with a comfortable bed, a large walk-in closet, and the power system is equipped with the latest facilities. You can also enjoy Youtube and Netflix on the large screen hanging on the wall. The bathroom is also spacious and well equipped with a narrow but long bathtub, rain shower, hand shower, and other facilities, and the layout is straight from the balcony of the room, so the whole room feels very spacious. [About the Club Lounge] The hotel's club lounge, the M Club Lounge, is located on the top floor (13th floor), and its appeal is that it is open 24 hours a day. The sofas are spaced apart in the lounge, which is larger than I expected. During cocktail time and coordinated time from 4pm to 9pm, alcohol, cocktail food, and sweets are available, and the quality is quite high. It was a long weekend day, so the lounge was busy, but it didn't feel as cramped as I expected. [About Breakfast] Breakfast was served in a Japanese and Western buffet style at Harbella on the 7th floor, where the reception is located. The food was reasonably high quality, and local foods such as Goto udon and Nagasaki sara udon were also available. However, the main dish, which used to be made to order, was now available at the egg station in the buffet area, and I didn't think it was worth the price of 5,500 yen. [About the staff service] This left a good impression. Especially in lounges and other places where manual, formal, and reserved service is common these days, I liked the way the young staff actively tried to communicate with guests. [Points of concern] I would like to see additional recreational facilities such as a pool or spa. If this is difficult given the location, I would like the hotel to expand its services as a city resort, such as by organizing original sightseeing tours. I feel that as the hotel ages and guests tire of it, it will become a high-end terminal hotel mainly for business and banquets. One more thing I would like is for the route to be made clearer for those arriving by car. Unless there is at least an area reserved for guests in the Amu Plaza car park, it will be very difficult to park when it is busy.

The proprietress is very enthusiastic and feels very warm. The sound of the car can be heard even through the glass, and the smell of the room is a bit heavy.

This time I stayed in a room with 3 beds with 3 family members. The size of the room, the lighting (brightness) and the cleanliness were great. Especially, I am very satisfied with the size of the room (of course, it is not as large as overseas, but in Japan there are 3 beds, and I am impressed with that size). The location of the hotel was also convenient between Nagasaki Station and the center of Nagasaki. The front desk customer service was very good except for one person. I want one of them to follow other staff and do their best to provide better service in the future. The hotel is a bit old, but it was well maintained and I was able to spend a very comfortable time with my family.

It was about 15 minutes on foot to the Inasayama Ropeway station, so I walked back without waiting for the bus. I think the breakfast is delicious and the number of items is necessary and sufficient. The venue is a little dazzling on the 15th floor, but the south side can see the sightseeing spot in the city and the view is good.

First of all, it's only a minute's walk from the ”Oura Kaigan-dori” stop on the Nagasaki tram line, so it's the perfect place to use the streetcar! The hotel's exterior, design and interior are European-style, so it felt like I was traveling abroad. The hotel has parking service (multi-storey mechanical parking lot), because the hotel often has guests holding wedding banquets. If there are many guests coming or when the guests break up, it will take time to wait in line to pick up the car. It was said on the hotel's official website that there is a bar lounge, but I couldn't find it after searching for a long time. It turns out that the so-called bar is a place for breakfast in the morning. In the evening, a small refrigerator will be put out with some simple beer drinks for self-service. The customer wrote the receipt by himself and was dumbfounded when he saw it, haha The breakfast is quite rich. The breakfast location has a great view. You can have breakfast while looking at the scenery of Nagasaki City. The hotel is only a few minutes' drive from Inasayama Observation Deck, and it is also convenient to other downtown attractions in Nagasaki City. However, it is not recommended if you are not traveling by car, because the hotel is halfway up the mountain. If you don't have a car, you can even think of a convenience store (you have to go there The foot of the mountain) shopping is not within walking distance (mainly you have to walk on the slope, and your legs will be lame when walking)

The worst was the meal. It's not delicious in the morning or at night. I can see it in other reviews, but the pot and meat were especially terrible. It takes time and doesn't taste. Although sashimi is delicious, there are many modifiers such as dry ice Usui radish, and the amount of fish in the center is small. It seems that you can upgrade, but only 1 〜 2 items seem to change, so there will be no big difference overall. (By the way, the upgrade is 3,000 〜 5,000 yen per person, which is quite bullish.) There may be an option to go out for meals, but since it is an island, there are few shops other than this facility ... Dinner in the morning It's the same as the venue, but it's crowded even on weekdays. The less menu is not replenished, and it remains as it is even if it is scattered. Obviously there are few staff and there is little space. When I go to pick up the dish in a buffet style, I boil the soup at my own seat, but when I am guided to the seat, it is adjusted by the thermal power MAX, so when I come back, it is too boiled and almost no moisture is gone. Lunch is not open on weekdays, so practically, you can choose the Amimoto Shokudo. The scenery is good, but I'm worried that other group guests and anglers can pass right outside the window on the first floor. Also, there seems to be no elevator on the second floor, so you can carry your luggage and go up and down the stairs.
