Very good service. Ken at the front desk is attentive, courteous and respectful to the guests. He also remembers every guest's needs. When we went on the cruise ship and the underwater observation deck, he also asked us how we were having fun, so he treated every guest as a VIP. Also, there was a chance of thunder and rain when we went there, but because we were going with an elderly person and wanted to take a cruise to watch the sunset, he also helped us fight for it. In the end, we were able to charter a boat to watch the sunset at a reasonable price. Every time we go to different places, we will be driven in a luxurious seven-passenger car because our family is composed of five adults.  All in all, I feel at home

The foreign staff member spoke in a very low voice, and it seemed as though he was explaining things to someone who clearly had no control, which made for a completely pointless conversation. I wanted him to explain things properly in Japanese, so I ended up calling a Japanese staff member. I hope they can determine whether they can do this and take appropriate action. Also, the entire staff is on Okinawa time, acting like a soba delivery person. Some customers are not happy with this, so I would like them to respond more efficiently if possible.
