Location wise was quite far from city. Its 10mins via Grab. 20mins to Bandara. Its cost only idr100k. Nothing in walking distance.
The room was very big ,quiet and clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Both check-in and check-out were a breeze.
The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, catering to both local specialties and diverse tastes, with fresh and delicious ingredients.
At the lobby they have Starbucks & Brew Station.
The spa is 24hrs. Amazing.

Initially we faced quite a bad experience, we have to push thru to get our request being entertained as this was our 2nd times stayed here within 2 weeks, but we able to approach the duty manager, Mr Jimmy … he was our saviour.
They even decorated one of our rooms w simple birthday celebrations and slices of cake 🎂👍👏
Thanks a lot Jimmy for the well done job … keep it up …
Btw, so happened that Aston Chefs had a collaboration in Batam, the place we were staying, the breakfast on that day was marvelous …

The room was very spacious and the facilities were excellent. The front desk staff were also very helpful. As a traveler, I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of Indonesian dishes.

Our experience was absolutely perfect 💯! My friend and I were celebrating 11 years of friendship, and the hotel went above and beyond, decorating our room beautifully and even providing a cake. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. The only minor issue was a slight musty smell in the room, but it didn't really affect our overall stay.

First time stayed in this apartment. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel lobby looks grand but the rooms suggest an upliftimage. Door lock and toilet bowl chocked. Variety of Breakfast spread but waffles and pancakes were cold and hardened.
Friendly driver if need transport to transfer one shopping center to another.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are all very enthusiastic. It's also super easy to get a Grab, and there's an Indomart nearby. Plus, there's a Starbucks in the lobby, and the breakfast is delicious.
