Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Grand Batam

Very friendly & warm service from this hotel all staff, we felt very pleasant & have a wonderful time during our stay 3days. They give us free hightea & free pastries during our stay and it’s delicious. The buffet breakfast have many variety of choices & very delicious (a must try) location is fantastic as next block is Grand Batam Mall, many restaurant & shop just 5min walking distance. Also many good massage center nearby. By grab go Nagoya hill mall or love seafood & etc .. all within few minute reach. We Will definitely stay again when we back Batam 🤠

A very good stay, just 10mins from harbour bay ferry terminal. Good location close to malls and street food, hotels amenities are great, food are great as well, overall a great place to spend a short trip.

First time stay over at this hotel. Is really convenient. Massage and hair spa is nearby. Gra d Batam mall is just opposite. Is a great stay. Hotel is clean.

Easy access to Grand Batam Mall, which is just directly opposite the hotel lobby. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. I also noticed that many Asians stay here, which made me feel comfortable. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive, but it was still good enough. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located next to a shopping mall. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

We were greeted with their warmest welcome from their staff. There also provide us complementary snacks and drink for our 2 night shortaway. And the hot shower and comfortable bed is what need from a massage and shopping at grand batam which is a walking distance. We also provide hi tea voucher which we used it after we checked out. It was so good. We may come back for the third time for more..

Great service and location. Booked 03 rooms for our families. Room was clean and we were allowed to check in slightly earlier too. Extra thanks to the service staff at the front desk for trying to help us settle an issue with our delivery on the morning of June 27th.

Despite a minor issue with a switch in my room, the hotel staff handled it flawlessly by promptly upgrading me to a premier room. The service was exceptionally kind, and I was even treated to a fabulous, complimentary high tea. Combined with a wide and impressive breakfast spread, the overall stay was thoroughly enjoyable.

Excellent location, linked to the mall. Nice and clean room. Breakfast was good, too. Highly recommended.
