HARRIS Hotel & Suites Nagoya Batam

I have stayed at the hotel on several occasions and enjoyed its convenient location in downtown Nagoya, just about 10-minute walk away from Nagoya Hill Mall. The food and beverage offerings in the rooftop restaurant , and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The room was clean and spacious. It was a good and comfortable stay, until the noise from the event faing directly the hotel rooms on a Sunday morning since 6am until 12pm. The hotel staff were generally polite and helpful. The hotel is located at a very convenient spot.

Very nice 4 days.. will return again clean and spacious room and nice city view close to shops like food and convenient store also close to malls and massages And easy to book grab car.

Trust, at first i thought it was like a standard hotel similar to pass trips, but nope service was exceptional, staff was friendlyh the dance in the morning was cute. Only issue I faced was that the breakfast was abit pavked but it was due to the timing of my travel(public holiday weekend) Other than that staff was very helpful, and the room was clean and spacious. Would reccomend. (Also im afraid of pests so when I saw how well kept my room was i felt comfortable) View is nice as well and lobby staff very helpful would reccomend !

Stayed at HARRIS Hotel Nagoya in Batam for 3 nights and had a really pleasant experience. The location is super convenient as it is close to Nagoya Hill Mall and plenty of food spots, so getting around in grab was easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially liked the modern design and how everything felt fresh and organized. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast had a good variety, with both local and international options, and the quality was solid. Facilities like the pool and gym were also nice touches if you want to relax or stay active though not the very fantastic kind. Overall, great value for money and a comfortable stay. Would definitely consider coming back on my next trip to Batam!

Overall this hotel is located in a good location. Near nagoya hills mall, minutes away from 大伯公temple, Buddha Temple. There is some food eateries and massage parlour around the hotel too. To my opinion, breakfast option is a bit limited, but this does not affect overall stay in the hotel. Thank you.

This hotel is new, started in 2025. The area around the hotel is also newly built with many salons, massage parlours, restaurants, and entertainment like karaoke. The rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were firm, ok to sleep. Service was fantastic. It’s only 6 mins walk to Nagoya hill mall. It’s also about 7-10 mins drive to Grand batam mall and 15 mins away from the ferry. It’s quiet and I was on a low floor and didn’t hear traffic so I had a nice rest. I would recommend this hotel for stay in batam.
