I wanted to share that despite this is a really old hotel you can tell that they trying to make little improvements for example I noticed that the curtains are new. I believed the all of the staffs are well trained - bellboy, recept. waitresses and even housekeeping staffs keep smiling at you welcoming you and always helpful really thumbs up. I observed also every detail they have done to keep every corner of the hotel clean and tidy .
Restaurant food is also delicious. Despite limited choice of food, the food taste really not bad. I like it that they keep their pastries in the warmer to keep it fresh,
Again despite the smaller size room, it’s so nice to have a side table and chair to have our meals, dressing table and chair, a place for baggage, so many hangers a pair of slippers, fridge also working. All that we need for a short stat really thoughtful of them. I also find the pillows and bed very good and I slept very well . Hotel is unblocked so the feelings is good. Sound prove also ok. Doorway is also very bright. Just 5 mins walk to grand Batam mall and the wet market A2 and Batam city mall where we had dim sum so yummy
1-2 improvements is that the aircon is really noisy. Thought the towels smells good but there is a bit of stain 😬

Near to grand batam mall, walking distance, plenty of massage places surrounding the hotel. Service staffs are polite and helpful. Affordable than other boutique hotels.

The room we had was okay except for a water leakage in the bathroom. Breakfast was just okay, normal, the area was abit smaller. If peak season, then there won't be enough to accommodate.

I would like to personally thanked to the amazing team of swiss bell-in baloi batam, for their top notch services during my stay from 24th - 27th Dec.
The room is spacious, with a lot of plug point. We booked 2 superior double plus room. Everything is brand new, got a lot of space for us to put our luggage.
Breakfast spread is usual but their services is what i love the most, despite the rush hours they manage it so well. They are very attentive on food replenishment.
As for the room service, they are quick with the request as there's no iron in the room. But they are happy to send in iron+iron board to our room.
Location wise is just 10-15 minutes rides from batam harbour bay. 5 minutes walk to grand batam mall.
And just a normal 10 minutes grab ride to nagoya or BSC mall.
Totally recommend for the 1st time traveler to batam.
Definitely looking forward to come back here again ＜3

Recently renovated. First class location and friendly staff. Beds are comfy and rooms are fuss free. My go to everytime I'm in Batam.

good location within walkable distance from grand batam mall and batam city square mall. staff are very friendly and helpful. stayed for 2 nights and was satisfied with the room, there’s also a gym though not many equipment. only downside was the water pressure in the shower was quite low, but overall we had a good stay here!

Morning view from the hotel room.
Only concern I have is that I have requested additional small bottles of water but was being rejected and need to pay. Even though the rooms comes with 2 free bottles per day per room.
The aircon is quite noisy and maybe need regular maintenance. 🧑🔧 took a while for the aircon to be cold enough for the room too.
Recommended to stay here as it is very convenient too.

Very good location walkable to the popular Grand Batam Mall and A2 food center. Lots of good massage parlour around the hotel. Staff are very professional, caring and attentive to guests' needs. Rooms are spacious and clean.
