The hotel's location is very convenient; you're never too far from anywhere. The family room we stayed in was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a diverse range of food. Nearby, there's a large A2 food court, BCS Mall, Grand Batam Mall, massage parlors, hair salons, bird's nest shops, and local product stores, all within walking distance. If it's too hot to walk, you can easily and affordably take a Gojek.

Staying at this place is like staying at a scam hotel. Everyone beware: 1. Poor facilities. The air conditioning barely cools; even after ten hours, it doesn't get cold, making it impossible to sleep at night due to the heat. 2. They have countless tricky conditions and tactics. Before check-in, they make you sign a bunch of notices, some of which are in English that even someone with excellent English wouldn't understand. Then, at check-out, they use extremely strict methods to claim this and that is wrong, deducting money from you. They have a lot of hidden tactics, so be careful everyone.

The price was great, and the lobby service was excellent. The room was clean, with good water pressure, and the AC was cold. Breakfast was plentiful, and the location was fantastic, with convenient access to massages and restaurants nearby. Plus, there are two famous malls right next door.
