The moment we stepped in we were greeted with a warm welcome. The room unfortunately had no fridge but the staff Dina & Faiz Carvey took great length to accede to our request for a fridge. The breakfast buffet was fantastic & we definitely recommend for first time travellers to Batam

Very good location. Just stone’s throw from the hotel are the 60s tradition wet market, shops and malls to the new modern big malls. Big bright lobby with seats.
Reasonable range and quality of food provided for breakfast buffet . Will be good if they provide the breakfast buffet as an option.
Gave only 3 stars for cleanliness because we were given a smoking room even when we have booked a non-smoking room. The room has a weird smell even after they said they have cleaned it. They claimed all rooms were fully booked so can’t change. The hangers are those types that cannot be taken out and they were really built for tall people. Short people have difficulty hanging their clothes and if they are old, is “mission impossible”for them. No stools in the room to ease the challenge. The body soap and shampoo dispensers were difficult to press and only has very miserable drop being dispensed each time. Quality of the shampoo + conditioner (stated on the dispenser) is not good for female hair especially if is long.

Great location and great service. Bf buffet spread not bad but mostly very salty. Never use any amenities so netural, overall cleanliness ok but saw a roach in room. Can improve on pillow as got a super big pillow and 1 very hard small pillow. Will be better if can provide standard good pillar.

Horrible stay. Many cockroaches in the room upon check in, crawling around. Hygiene level was very bad. Very dirty floors and toilet. Did not even have hand & face towel. Bedsheet and floor towel have many holes. Wierd smelling pillow. Rooms have a musty smell. Sound proofing was bad. The windows could not even close properly. Request connecting room, but not fulfilled. Rooms given was not even side by side, caused alot of inconvenience for us. Breakfast wasn’t fantastic too. Location very near to market.

The location of the hotel is unexpectedly near to BCS Mall, A2 food court, massage shops and Grand Batam Mall.
