The hotel is conveniently located, close to Penuin Market and Grand Batam Mall. The breakfast selection was good. However, the room lighting was a little dim.

Great experience in this hotel, although slide uncomfortable experience with the arrangement of the rooms, as I requested 4 non-smoking room but got smoking rooms instead. However, front desk was able to squeeze in 1 nonsmoking room for us, which was still bearable. One of our family members had her birthday on the 2nd day of the stay, so the staff was able to light decorate the room, and have a special arrangement for breakfast. Great experience for us!

Couldn't check in early. Checked in precisely at the scheduled time in the afternoon, only to find a strange smell in the room right upon entering, and there was something on the bed sheets. Why were there no bath towels in the room? I had to go to the front desk to get them myself. It was terrible, and the service was just as bad. Besides the location, everything else was useless. Thumbs down, I'm never going back.

The room was very spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast spread was fantastic. While the hotel does show its age in places, the price was reasonable, making it excellent value for money. 👍

The room layout is fantastic but maybe due to low occupancy, very strong mouldy smell. Room is old, hair dryer not working and bathroom not able to drain properly (very very slow as if anytime will flood)
Staff service is very good, chg a room for us after our feedback immediately with no questions asked but won't book the second time unfortunately.
Location is good, just behind A2 food court and Batam City Sq shopping.

The power outlets in all the rooms are a major flaw; they're completely unusable. The service attitude was also very poor. Choose this place with caution.
