I love staying in this hotel, size and facilities are incredible, staff are nice, location is great, just that the swimming pool is not for kids which can only allow for age 16 and up, I little bit disappointed. I will definitely choose this hotel next time if I come to Nagoya!

The hotel's location is superb; it's right outside the subway station. Across the street, there's a Starbucks and a local Nagoya cafe, and it's just a 6-minute walk to shops and restaurants, making dining very convenient. The facilities are brand new and the room is smart-enabled.

The hotel has a minimalist design and is considered a good hotel in Nagoya. However, the doorman didn't help us with our luggage. Also, when I booked the room, the picture showed the bed against a wall, but the room we actually got had an open vanity behind the bed, which was different from the advertised picture. Since we were on a tight schedule and only staying one night, and we were tired, I didn't bother to discuss it with the front desk. But I really didn't like the design of that room.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The cleanliness, facilities, and service are all top-notch. The location is super convenient too, Nagoya has so many great shopping spots! There was a slight misunderstanding at first, but the Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk were incredibly patient and reassuring. A big thank you to them, they were so professional! I do love the hotel. Spacious room, stylist. The staff was very nice. Convenient location and service are very attentive. The reasons I didn’t give five stars as the followings:
1) the room was clean on the surface only, for example the back of plate didn’t clean and I found my others leftover behind the sink
2) no options to purchase the cake they served
3) the facilities are not for kids under 16y

The location is pretty good, just one subway stop away from Sakae, making getting around quite convenient! It's right next to Matsuzakaya and Parco, which was handy for shopping when a typhoon hit Japan. The room was quite spacious for a Japanese hotel. I'd definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Nagoya!
