I don’t mind the small space since I’m travelling alone, but the moment I entered the room, an irritating and unknown smell greeted me. I don’t know where it is coming from but the smell lasts until the day of my checkout. There’s also a few small strands of hair on the walls and floors of the comfort room. Some of the amenities, which are body soap and shampoo, smelled old. For some items, like the microwave, are only available in some floors and it’s kind of hassle on my part. But the staffs seemed friendly, and the receptionist knows how to speak english.

Very basic room. Expected small but we are used to having small rooms in Japan. Location is great as it is walking distance from the Nagoya Station. Easy to find food. Room is clean and staff arr polite. If I ever return to Nagoya, I will choose this hotel.

Overall I enjoyed my stay here, the location is great and close to Nagoya station. Also there are a lot of convenience stores nearby.
The thing I didn’t really enjoy is that the room was too small and stuffy, even with air conditioning. But I managed to fit in with 3 suitcases. For one night the hotel is ok.
Also keep in mind that the bathroom is really small. Like really.

The room has no air conditioning, it is a shared air conditioner. The window can be opened a little bit, the room is very hot. I had to inform the staff, who then solved the problem by providing a fan.

Near the Nagoya station. Is good for short stay, but don’t expect too many thing from hotel because the room is small for single room.

Location is very near to Nagoya station. Not sure why this hotel review not high, but for me for the price that we paid for twin room, it is more than expected - from the strategic location and room size (not too small if I compare with one of the hotel that I stay in this trip). Staff also responsive. Recommended hotel!
