The hotel by itself is great! The location is good, the views from high floors is great, breakfasts are very nice and well cooked. The public bath is nothing special but still a nice touch.
The biggest problem is WiFi, it’s so bad and slow that I was using my mobile internet the whole stay.

Hotel is easily accessible from Nagoya station. Reception and lobby are at 18th floor, and you can collect your amenities beside the reception counter. Room is as shown in photo. May not have enough space if you have a big luggage to open on floor but its okay for me

I appreciate that the hotel took note of my request for a room with a view. The breakfast spread is pretty good but the eel portion ran out too fast so we did not get to try it. This is common among jap hotels but we rarely get offered an early check in for free. This would make a difference as we took a red eye flight and was tired and would appreciate a room to freshen up.

A little walk away from Nagoya station but it was easy to find. The room is cosy with everything we need. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious. Service staff is friendly. And a plus point is there is a free spa!

Close to train station, and Lobby looks amazing! And the facilities - Spa is clean and neat. Very enjoyable. Staff are professional. Will book this hotel in the future for sure!

Excellent location very close to Nagoya station with easy access to all major lines, JR and Sinkansen. The room compared to other hotels is decent size with spacious washroom. Will definitely book again!
