位置不在旅遊區，離機場遠，不過從淺間町出發，行5 分鐘，算方便，行7 分鐘有大型超市，很10分鐘到名古屋城！ 民宿設施完整！所有物品，地方都整潔，厠紙，盒裝紙巾都有，洗頭水，護髮素，沖涼液，洗衣液都有！戶主很大方，還有補充裝！有厨具可煮食！戶主在入住前都會聯絡，入住交通，入住時要注意事項！資訊整齊，屋主非常細心！屋內要入的電器使用方法都會列明清晰！非常好！

中規中矩，非常非常安靜的地方，有廚房，有客廳餐廳，有陽台，有三間房，其中有一間房我們也沒住，我們都擠在一起住榻榻米啦！

有提供雨傘、盥洗用品、洗衣精、4人份餐具桌椅等日常生活用品，有陽台可以晾衣服，廚房有自動放洗澡水的按鍵很特別，居住品質很好，周圍很安靜。
交通方面從民宿到地鐵都有電梯可以銜接，減少很多搬運行李的不便，走路大約7、8分鐘全家左邊旁有鐵地淺間町站1號出口的電梯，讓整趟旅程少了很多最後搬戰利品回家的勞累。
往另一個方向走大約10分鐘有一間feel超市花之木店，可以買鮮食跟當季的水果，可能因為是住宅區的關係，只營業到晚上8點，大約6、7點左右可以買到許多出清的食材，食量大的人可以去掃貨😌，徒步走到名古屋城也大概是10分鐘左右。
應該是日常生活跟悠閒旅遊一應俱全的住宿地點。
