Location for the win! Decent room and bathroom size, with bathtub. Staff was efficient and could converse well in English. We did not opt for breakfast, preferred to get our own elsewhere but understood that if we chose to have our breakfast with the hotel restaurant it has to be settled immediately and not during check out. Express checkout option suited our morning departure. A set of kids amenities was provided to my child during check in, cute! Hotel also included a set of fresh towels for him during daily housekeeping. Highly recommended this hotel for ease of travel especially to airport by train upon departure.

The location and convenience is unbeatable. You can buy gifts, ample choice of f&b, Mart and commute with ease. The hotel lobby has both human and robot security, making late shopping safe. The scenery from the room is amazing! Will stay again in future.

Conveniently located near the train/subway and bus terminal. Mall is just downstairs with lots of food choices and shops. Clean room with great view! Overall a pleasant stay! Highly recommend!

The hotel is located just above Nagoya station making it a convenient place to stay. It was very easy to locate too. However, the service are average but generally they are friendly. We chose a city view with a sunrise view. Room is clean and comfortable. Nagoya station is also super crowded.
