Good hotel and location, rooms are good. Glad to stay there another time

WORST EXPERIENCE, Presidential suite room was booked, there were cocroches in room, matteress was in very bad condition, springs came out of it. Water leakages in wall. Big holes on AC duct and outside toilet. On top of it, very very rude receptionist, the guy at reception really needs to learn hospitality business atiqutes. You just raise any concern to him, he will say contact site where you booked room. And was raising figure on customer. If you are going there with family, Please AVOID this hotel.

Worst experience ever, jave stayed in several hotels throughout India. But this kind of hospitality never seen. Mr. Shubham at reception seems to be so arrogant that he was least bother about guest stay. I asked for a water bottle, he said it will be chargable,since they would be giving only one bottle per day. I was Ok and ready to pay since I was thirsty, it was so shocking for mewhen he asked double the amount of that bisleri water bottle. When I asked why you are charging extra he said yehi rate hai leno hai toh loo. I only asked that i am not taking any kind of sevice regarding this bottle, no service has been taken. On this he argued that airport par bhi extra lete hai, my friend for your kind information there also they dont take extra than MRP. Also the stay seems to be more touchable when in the morning AC of the room was leaking and and entire room was full of water, I was about to slip but thank god I balanced myself. And my life is safe. Also when I asked if I am staying in your hotel and would be getting only bottle per day, other would be chargeable and that too at double price. On this mr shubham said kii hotel toh full hai, he is least bothered about it. In short I would never recommend this hotel for stay to anyone. And also would like to praise the person who is leading restaurant. The way he handles the guest is fantastic, he knows what exactly guest wants. Everytime when I visited the restaurant, he with is smiling face asks what will you have and really treats his guest really well like a true hotelier.

Bad location, Badly ***aged rooms, water sink clogged and hotel ***agement irresponsible. Unhygienic conditions in the Hotel and they are unprofessional in their approach. So ***y other options available in Nagpur Sitabuldi area Not recommended!

This hotel is decent but location is not great. Our airport taxi refused to drop us to hotel quoting its busy road. We had to walk 10-15 steps. Hotel was decent. But no views or windows. It’s located in busy area. So light is not there from window. But all amnesties were there. Food in hotel was quite good. We ordered room service.
