Tuli Veer Bagh Resort

Overall experience was good. Good rooms, good food, courteous and supportive staff. Location is also good. Ample parking space for cars. Campus was interesting. We were with family and friends and enjoyed the stay. Good secluded spaces for groups to be together and enjoy without disturbing others.

Everything was perfect Helpfull ,kind , humble staff Service is quick. Menu is limited but whatever it is everything is perfect. Location wise also it is perfectly located . The lake near the resort is beautiful. Room service is quite good and daily

We had arranged our daughter’s wedding at this resort. The service, hospitality and food were amazing! ***y top notch functions like Haldi at poolside, Ganesh Pooja in the lawn and wedding and sangit in the main open area, under the sky, surrounded by the trees with the music of the birds! Couldn’t ask for a better destination wedding. Efforts taken by Mr Das ( ***ager), Mr . Atul and Ms. Shivani from the Nagpur office were noteworthy. It was a pure bliss to be in nature for 2 nights.

One of the best resorts in India in the lap of Pench National Park. If you are lucky you don’t even need Safari in jungle, you can see wild animals including tiger near fencing. Special thanks to the ***ager Vishal and Atul for their hospitality, and Chefs Pandey ji and Sunil Ji for serving us healthy and delicious food. They made us feel like home. Note: Please respect the nature and wild animals. Don’t wander alone and Follow the resort’s guidelines. They are ment for own safety.

My recent stay at Tuli Veer Resort, nestled in the middle of Pench National Park, was an experience like no other. From the moment we (me and my husband) arrived, I felt like I had found a true "home away from home" in the wilderness. Location: ★★★★★ Tuli Veer Resort boasts an unbeatable location, right in the heart of Pench National Park. Surrounded by lush greenery, the resort is a paradise for nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts. Waking up to the sounds of chirping birds and the distant calls of the wild animals (including Tigers) made me feel like I was truly in the lap of nature. The thrill and excitement of staying in the middle of the forest was absolutely AMAZING! Accommodation: ★★★★★ The resort offers a range of accommodation options, and I had the pleasure of staying in one of their well-appointed cottages. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a rustic touch that blended seamlessly with the natural surroundings. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the park. Service: ★★★★★ What truly sets Tuli Veer Resort apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cater to our needs. Their warm hospitality and genuine care for their guests made us feel like we were visiting family rather than staying at a resort. All thanks to Vishal ji (The ***ager), Pandey ji & Sunil Ji (The Chefs), Atul ji (Staff ***ager), Ravi ji, the Gate Guards (especially Dubey Ji😅), actually I can't name them all here but everyone made us feel like Home. We went on a thrilling ride with their knowledgeable guides who helped us spot a variety of wildlife, including tiger, deers, and countless bird species. The resort also organises nature walks etc, ensuring there's always something exciting to do. Amenities: ★★★★★ The resort provides all the modern amenities you would expect, including a swimming pool and a spa. After a day of exploring the wilderness, relaxing by the pool and indulging in a rejuvenating spa trea**ent was the perfect way to unwind. In summary, Tuli Veer Resort is a gem in the heart of Pench National Park. The combination of its idyllic location, comfortable accommodations, exceptional services, and a range of activities make it the perfect destination for a memorable getaway. Very good ambience and amazing staff with good hospitality skills , Good food . Adventurous stay well furnished cottages and suites with good bathroom and good bathtub. Good pool and good view ti enjoy the nature.

One of the chef in this resort asked money from me ans I helped him but when I asked for return me back he denied even GM and ***ager taken his side worst resort and food quality is not good ..I suggest it's better tuli tiger corridor

Let me start with what went well: 1. service at the restaurant with Sujit and his team 2. ample parking We were apprehensive when we had read other reviews of the tactics used by this property to make money, but thought we will clarify things upfront to avoid any gap in understanding. little did we know that the booking process is a low grade scam. I am not using the word 'fraud' because everything is couched under 'please check what is written. what we told you is not written'. To give specific examples: 1. As soon as we made the payment, the specific gates that we had booked the safaris for became unavailable. "they just got full, sorry". this was inspite of confirming with Shivani from booking office just prior to payment that we were good for the specific safaris. After pushing a bit, the chosen gates magically became 'available' for an extra charge of 3k Also a false claim (later retracted by Vishal) that our booking process was on since 2nd April and hence we 'missed' the safari. When presented with specific evidence and whatsapp chat proofs, Vishal agreed that booking enquiry was only initiated on 22nd (not 2nd) and was fully completed within 6 days from that. 2. Upon landing there, we discovered that rates are different for weekday over weekend or for night versus day safaris, but this resort obviously charges at govt rates + premium 3. Real low one was the underhand tactic to charge for wifi. Reason: "its not mentioned in your booking'. Shivani again very conveniently 'could not remember' that when we switched to booking direct despite a deal on Agoda - she had confirmed that it will be all inclusive and wifi was specifically discussed as we had read reviews that they otherwise charge for this if not discussed. 4. even worse, low end tactic to charge for water bottles which were given with so much courtesy so that we could 'relax during the safari'. little did we know they were being adding to the bill (which is not just unethical but also fooling your customer in the name of service) - would have not fallen into the trap of apparently trying to be friendly and would have rather bought it a store en route They essentially lull you into booking with sweet promises but please do ensure that everything you discuss is in writing or else its conveniently forgotten. The property is getting jaded and needs more maintenance. In summary, once you are in the resort, its fairly remote and cut off from everything else, so you are at mercy of the frontline staff. they conveniently alter between "i am just taking instructions and following company rules" and when you want to escalate "I am in charge and there is no one else beyond me" I hope this is not you want your resort to stand for.
