The property is centrally located, close to the airport. The rooms are spacious, well cleaned and maintained. Staff is very cooperative and supportive. The facilities in the hotel are excellent. Over all a very comfortable stay.

I had an excellent experience with the room service. The staff Rahul was prompt and courteous. The food was delivered fresh and quickly, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work. I highly recommend this hotel to others and will definitely be returning for future stays.

Food quality is excellent. Shef manoj and mukesh. And service by ghunghat are excellent. Mutton Rogan Josh is testy. And sweets complimentary . Staff behaviour is good. Interior is good. I love centre point for elegance. ,****************

food quality, ambience of hotel, room cleanliness and location was excellent. One remarkable thing is that the hotel hire specially challenged person (deaf and dumb) on job which is too good. it was a great hospitality which we experienced during our stay.

Best place for a nice family dinner! The food is amazing, ambiance nice, service great! Must check out place if you are in Nagpur. We had vegetarian food - there are 2 starters, 3-4 main course vegetables and dals. All dishes were amazing! The desserts were great as well. We should have gone there for lunch as it is healthier to eat such stuff during lunch.

Mold on the walls. Mosquito etc horrible experience. They should renew their old rooms. Cleanliness has to be maintained for the amount we pay their.
