We literally just stayed for an overnight as we needed to leave early the next morning. The rooms (bedroom/bathroom) were so spacious. The bathroom with a big bathtub and shower. The toilet separate from the bathroom. The mattresses were comfortably firm. Check in was a bit difficult as Google first sent us to another LiveMaxx hotel nearby. When we arrived at the right location, there was nobody at the reception area. Only after back and forth on the phone through Trip.com were we able to work out that there was another entrance. All in all, a pleasant hotel and we would stay there again.

Huge room but the hotel is near a lot of soaplands. Not my thing but for the value of the hotel, the room you get is great. Amazing bathtu

It's alright, clean and hygienic. However, it has a new renovation smell. It's very cost-effective. It's very close to Naminoue-miya, and taxis are convenient from the airport, but it's quite far from Kokusai-dori (International Street).

This was my second stay at the hotel. The hotel was well-equipped with a water heater and microwave. The room was large and had a sea view. It was just a bit far from Kokusai Street. There were supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. Considering the price, it was very worthwhile.

There's a supermarket nearby, so it's fairly convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk from the monorail and a 15-minute walk from Kokusai Street. It's near a red-light district, so the prices are cheap and acceptable, and the environment is clean and hygienic.

It looks like it was renovated from another hotel, but the renovation wasn't thorough. The bathroom drain was severely clogged, and it took several hours to drain the water! Also, it seems like there's only one housekeeping guy with a South Asian appearance. Is there a shortage of staff?
