This hotel is very cheap, I didn't report any hope, but it was amazing, this price is really worth it, the size is very good for me! I booked a smoking room and I hope to be non-smoking. I didn't expect the hotel to arrange a non-smoking room and it was very quiet. This price is very like, the hotel is very clean! Old but very tidy, the front desk looks good, where is the main price, a woman also sent a gift happy, and a phone, this price and the phone is great! Love! This hotel is legal in Okinawa Drink Street, in Japan, it has no impact on me, it is quiet and clean service! It's great without a large number of tour groups, basically business travel, much happier than a bunch of tour groups!

I have been to Naha once every three months since I got a diving license in Naha. I was often one of them, and at first I chose a place with a large bath, but this time, I was a surprise price for Naha and Okinawa outside the prefecture. Matsuyama is a small version of Kabuki town in Tokyo, but it is a cheap steak shop and restaurant, and I am a woman, so I return to the hotel at 20 o'clock, but it is a good hotel that can be convinced by my uncle who likes to play at night. Especially this time, it is a single woman traveling single, so the hotel side also took care of it, and chose a good high floor because of the view. It was a plan to receive women's amenities. The building seems to be never new, but the room is clean, large, and the corona fin is equipped with a safe air cleaner and sterilization liquid in the room, and the front desk staff is polite and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The unit bus I was worried about and the bathtub was wide and I was soaked in hot water slowly. Anyway, the information that is clean is important for women. Well, 〜 I brought it from the front desk without a disposable slipper, but it seems to be really prepared, so in this corona, the usual slipper is privately filthy and cannot be used. It seems that it corresponds to the woman's eye in that point, and I was able to spend calmly on the last night of Naha. The renovated Fuzhou Garden that I wanted to go was also close and safely went out. I will come to stay again! Clean hotel, city view. There is a shopping mall nearby, the location is good. Overall, it wasn't bad. However, the front desk's response was a bit uncomfortable. I went to the front to request more towels, but the male staff asked me too much about my request , even at the end, I was able to receive towers after being kind of warned not to use it outside.. I have no reason to carry a heavy towel outside. I don't know if it's because I requested an extra tower than the number of guests in my room , but I guess asking for just an extra towel isn’t such a serious request. I understand the strict response, but also hope to consider the comfort of guests. Anyway, I was uncomfortable with this, but the rest was generally fine.

Small but wonderful room with its most amazing most amazing shower system literally from head to toe. Breakfast was great and there is free flow of soft drinks and one alcoholic drink per pax from mid afternoon till night at L1 restaurant. Parking is approximately 700 yen per night and there is a 500 yen restaurant voucher if you opt out daily cleaning.

I booked the hotel as the base for my solo Okinawa trip after a great stay at its Kyoto branch. Firstly, the pros: great location. 5-min walk from Asahibashi Monorail Station, 3-min walk to Tourist Visitor Centre and Naha Bus Terminal, 13-min walk to Kokusai-dori made it convenient for city sights, dining and souvenirs, bus daytrips and boat tours. Interior lobby, rooms and 13F public bath lounge seemed new and decorated in soothing natural tones, giving the hotel an island resort feel. Having said that, several major cons make me not wish to stay here again: 1) Hotel reception staff can be more welcoming. They declined me room entry at 130pm (which is typical in Japan) but they did so without offering help to store my luggage upon arrival or deliver it to my room by the time I return for check-in. They also declined my river view room request, citing the category I booked only has city view. Later, I found out on my own that only twin or triple rooms offer the river view. I was not expecting an automatic upgrade, but it would be nice if I had been offered a clear explanation on room categories or a change to river view room (even if I have to pay extra). I felt disadvantaged as a solo traveller. Also, staff are easily nervous when interacting with international guests and could not really handle simple questions in English, like whether there is a public bath, is it open to all guests, or how guests can pay for additional breakfast during their stay. I also observed them struggling to understand a request in English from two foreign guests who wished to borrow a luggage weight scale. Two senior staff members came out to help the reception staff, but all three still took a while to understand the request. 2) I was queueing behind the same foreign guests to raise urgent feedback regarding loud banging noises made by the 10F Smoking Room door directly above my room (Room 913). Meanwhile, 2 local Japanese guests arrived at the reception. I observed one male staff member ignore me and asked them to approach the counter instead. I nearly walked up to them but I held myself back. It was my first time being treated differently in all of Japan. This different treatment of guests added a seriously unpleasant feeling to my stay. 3) Not all room lights can be manually or motion-controlled. The light above the clothes rack is too bright and always on, even when the master switch is off. It was hard to fall asleep at night. The hotel should modify this room detail to ensure all guests can get a good night's rest. Will I stay here again? With the issues above and many other good hotels nearby, most likely not. The hotel decor may be warm and inviting, but the staff inability to communicate effectively with all guests and make them comfortable makes for a cold stay.

This is the my second visit, as good as before 1. Convenient location: just 3-5 minutes walk can arrive monorail station 2. $1500Yen for day parking. 3. Clean: very clean and modern for the room 4. Staff: Staff is nice but the housekeeping can do better 5. Price: Value for money. Super good deal

The hotel's parking lot is three-dimensional guidance. It is not obvious. It is not a vacant space next to the hotel. It is more troublesome to ask the hotel staff to help. It is quite convenient to check in. The hotel has a first mail QRcode as long as you scan the counter staff. The hotel parking is 1500 yen a day. No limit If you want to enter and exit frequently, it is recommended to park in the hotel. Otherwise, there are some parking lots nearby. The service of the hotel staff is also very good. Because the family is not comfortable, I accidentally vomited in the corridor and notified the hotel staff. They also quickly helped clean and care about this stay. Triple room is very spacious. Two 29-inch suitcases + one 25-inch can be opened. No problem. The bathroom is big enough. The bath is not too narrow. There are also two pillows. One is softer and one is hard. You can choose your favorite lying next to the hotel. There are two super merchants. It takes less than a minute to walk. It’s very convenient to buy things. The soundproofing is not bad. I didn’t hear the sound of other rooms. It’s more residential. The TV can be connected to Netflix and YT. It’s very convenient to see everything. If you come next time, you will stay.

Overall it was ok. Good facility for hot spring. Close to airport. 7-10mints to Asahibashi monorail station. Approximately 20-30mints to Naha airport. Recommend to take monorail instead of taxi due to traffic. 24hrs 7eleven convenience store and ATM for overseas card holders is very useful. There are 2 breakfast restaurants options for 2800-3000 yen range . Staff was very helpful .

Even if you use the yui rail, even if you use the bus, akamine station is the nearest station from Naha Airport. It is close enough to arrive at the hotel within 5 minutes walk from the station to the south. Near the station is a 24-hour local supermarket, Union, which offers a selection of food for your own use and local sweets. If you buy various souvenirs, you can return to Naha Airport at the next station. I felt it was a convenient hotel. The entrance was elegant BGM in the shape of a city hotel, and the front desk service was very polite. The food is not allowed to be brought into the room (PET bottle beverages can be brought), and all take-out meals must be taken in the lounge on the front floor. Coffee and water are provided free of charge in this lounge. This time, there were few users and the accommodation floor was carpeted in the whole floor, and the footsteps were almost unconcerned for the cabin type room (accordion curtain partition). It was comfortable. Okinawa is a scenic destination wherever you go, so if you divide the scenery from the room as unnecessary, you can realize that it is the best choice to suppress accommodation costs.

the place is not very convenient, however, if you're driving, it wouldn't be a big issue. There's a convenience store on the ground floor but it closes very early. They're charging 1500 yen per day for parking the reception is located on the 9/F and the check-in is over the machine by scanning the travel documents. The view is very nice and the room is pretty clean but i wouldn't say that it's kids friendly or really suitable for family trip with young kids
