The bread is delicious, the freshly fried bitter gourd is very fragrant, and there is also a side dish called Mentaiko! The location is very good, just in the middle of Kokusai Street, convenient for shopping! After shopping, you can go back to the hotel to put them away before going out.

I have been to Naha once every three months since I got a diving license in Naha. I was often one of them, and at first I chose a place with a large bath, but this time, I was a surprise price for Naha and Okinawa outside the prefecture. Matsuyama is a small version of Kabuki town in Tokyo, but it is a cheap steak shop and restaurant, and I am a woman, so I return to the hotel at 20 o'clock, but it is a good hotel that can be convinced by my uncle who likes to play at night. Especially this time, it is a single woman traveling single, so the hotel side also took care of it, and chose a good high floor because of the view. It was a plan to receive women's amenities. The building seems to be never new, but the room is clean, large, and the corona fin is equipped with a safe air cleaner and sterilization liquid in the room, and the front desk staff is polite and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The unit bus I was worried about and the bathtub was wide and I was soaked in hot water slowly. Anyway, the information that is clean is important for women. Well, 〜 I brought it from the front desk without a disposable slipper, but it seems to be really prepared, so in this corona, the usual slipper is privately filthy and cannot be used. This hotel is very cheap, I didn't report any hope, but it was amazing, this price is really worth it, the size is very good for me! I booked a smoking room and I hope to be non-smoking. I didn't expect the hotel to arrange a non-smoking room and it was very quiet. This price is very like, the hotel is very clean! Old but very tidy, the front desk looks good, where is the main price, a woman also sent a gift happy, and a phone, this price and the phone is great! Love! This hotel is legal in Okinawa Drink Street, in Japan, it has no impact on me, it is quiet and clean service! It's great without a large number of tour groups, basically business travel, much happier than a bunch of tour groups!

Small but wonderful room with its most amazing most amazing shower system literally from head to toe. Breakfast was great and there is free flow of soft drinks and one alcoholic drink per pax from mid afternoon till night at L1 restaurant. Parking is approximately 700 yen per night and there is a 500 yen restaurant voucher if you opt out daily cleaning.

I booked the hotel as the base for my solo Okinawa trip after a great stay at its Kyoto branch. Firstly, the pros: great location. 5-min walk from Asahibashi Monorail Station, 3-min walk to Tourist Visitor Centre and Naha Bus Terminal, 13-min walk to Kokusai-dori made it convenient for city sights, dining and souvenirs, bus daytrips and boat tours. Interior lobby, rooms and 13F public bath lounge seemed new and decorated in soothing natural tones, giving the hotel an island resort feel. Having said that, several major cons make me not wish to stay here again: 1) Hotel reception staff can be more welcoming. They declined me room entry at 130pm (which is typical in Japan) but they did so without offering help to store my luggage upon arrival or deliver it to my room by the time I return for check-in. They also declined my river view room request, citing the category I booked only has city view. Later, I found out on my own that only twin or triple rooms offer the river view. I was not expecting an automatic upgrade, but it would be nice if I had been offered a clear explanation on room categories or a change to river view room (even if I have to pay extra). I felt disadvantaged as a solo traveller. Also, staff are easily nervous when interacting with international guests and could not really handle simple questions in English, like whether there is a public bath, is it open to all guests, or how guests can pay for additional breakfast during their stay. I also observed them struggling to understand a request in English from two foreign guests who wished to borrow a luggage weight scale. Two senior staff members came out to help the reception staff, but all three still took a while to understand the request. 2) I was queueing behind the same foreign guests to raise urgent feedback regarding loud banging noises made by the 10F Smoking Room door directly above my room (Room 913). Meanwhile, 2 local Japanese guests arrived at the reception. I observed one male staff member ignore me and asked them to approach the counter instead. I nearly walked up to them but I held myself back. It was my first time being treated differently in all of Japan. This different treatment of guests added a seriously unpleasant feeling to my stay. 3) Not all room lights can be manually or motion-controlled. The light above the clothes rack is too bright and always on, even when the master switch is off. It was hard to fall asleep at night. The hotel should modify this room detail to ensure all guests can get a good night's rest. Will I stay here again? With the issues above and many other good hotels nearby, most likely not. The hotel decor may be warm and inviting, but the staff inability to communicate effectively with all guests and make them comfortable makes for a cold stay.

The hotel's parking lot is three-dimensional guidance. It is not obvious. It is not a vacant space next to the hotel. It is more troublesome to ask the hotel staff to help. It is quite convenient to check in. The hotel has a first mail QRcode as long as you scan the counter staff. The hotel parking is 1500 yen a day. No limit If you want to enter and exit frequently, it is recommended to park in the hotel. Otherwise, there are some parking lots nearby. The service of the hotel staff is also very good. Because the family is not comfortable, I accidentally vomited in the corridor and notified the hotel staff. They also quickly helped clean and care about this stay. Triple room is very spacious. Two 29-inch suitcases + one 25-inch can be opened. No problem. The bathroom is big enough. The bath is not too narrow. There are also two pillows. One is softer and one is hard. You can choose your favorite lying next to the hotel. There are two super merchants. It takes less than a minute to walk. It’s very convenient to buy things. The soundproofing is not bad. I didn’t hear the sound of other rooms. It’s more residential. The TV can be connected to Netflix and YT. It’s very convenient to see everything. If you come next time, you will stay.

Overall it was ok. Good facility for hot spring. Close to airport. 7-10mints to Asahibashi monorail station. Approximately 20-30mints to Naha airport. Recommend to take monorail instead of taxi due to traffic. 24hrs 7eleven convenience store and ATM for overseas card holders is very useful. There are 2 breakfast restaurants options for 2800-3000 yen range . Staff was very helpful .

the place is not very convenient, however, if you're driving, it wouldn't be a big issue. There's a convenience store on the ground floor but it closes very early. They're charging 1500 yen per day for parking the reception is located on the 9/F and the check-in is over the machine by scanning the travel documents. The view is very nice and the room is pretty clean but i wouldn't say that it's kids friendly or really suitable for family trip with young kids

I love the infinity pool on the top of the building and the unlimited drinks provided during the day and night time. The location is good. One thing is it’s not very environmental friendly for they used paper boxes for breakfast. It’s very good in general

まだ新しいホテルなので、館内どこもとてもきれいで気持ちよく過ごせました。 朝食のビュッフェは、食べきれないくらいの品数があり、美味しかったです。 何点かマイナスポイントをあげるとすると、 ・フロントの側のスーツケース等の荷物の待機場所あたりのルームフレグランスの匂いがきつい。 ・ミニバー付きプランの冷蔵庫に入っていたビールが沖縄出身WBC選手のオリオンビールのデザイン缶であまり気分が良くなかった。 ・朝食のビュッフェ会場の開店待ちの並びの列がエレベーターの出入口と被っていて並び方がわかりにくかった。 ・駐車場の1台当たりの駐車スペースが狭かった。 ・屋外プールサイドに小さいゲジゲジがたくさんいた。 ・屋内プールの温度が低くて寒かった。
