The common area and the gardens were quite nice, however, the actual rooms were horrible. Our room was too small to even open suitcases, smelled of mold, and did not appear to have been cleaned. The sheets were old, had holes in them and did not seem fresh. The closet had a balled up blanket and stained pillow in it and when I pulled them out there was someone’s underwear among those items. It was disgusting! The bathroom was small and set up as a wet room. There was no separation between the shower and toilet which meant showering wet the entire floor. The floor tiles were slippery and not the appropriate tiles for a shower. There were no handrails when showering. It was very dangerous and unsafe. This place gives a good first impression but it is downhill from there.
