My stay in Best Western was simply amazing. The rooms were really comfortable and clean. The security was great and the staff was delightful and welcoming. Patrick was especially kind and his good vibes and charisma were contagious.

1. Hotel is located at prime location specially for Muslim travellers as finding Halal food is too easy, and getting all other stuffs is also convenient.
2. Wifi is too weak at the hotel.
3. When I arrived my mattress was broken, it was changed after almost 3 to 4 requests , but new one also I dont find more comfortable.
4. Rest, all facilities are very good considering the price.

We were assigned Room 303, where the air conditioning was out of order from the very first day. The room quickly transformed into a sauna, yet despite raising the issue twice, the staff remained impressively consistent in their inability to resolve it.
With no ventilation and not even a basic water spray in the toilet, the experience was a masterclass in discomfort. The service was so unresponsive that one wonders if the hotel’s motto is “hear no guest, fix no problem.”
If providing the bare minimum of hospitality is beyond reach, perhaps lower the prices..

I really enjoyed my stay at Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel in Nairobi. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. The room was quiet, spacious, and perfect for resting. The location is central and easy to access. Breakfast was enjoyable and satisfying. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel.

Nice location nearby for every shops and CBD restaurants are walking distance and super quiet for a place in the middle of the busiest road

We really liked the hotel location and amenities. However, one of the employees stole $120 out of my purse in our room. At the time we were leaving, they were investigating and had a suspect. They were going to discipline this person. However, since it was still under investigation, I couldn’t get my money back before I left. So, they said they would email me. I haven’t heard from them yet. Whether or not, I would choose to stay there again will depend on whether or not I hear from them and get my money back
