The hotel is well situated not so far from the CBD , the breakfast is good but the room is not well maintained. The shower head was broken and keep falling every time we needed to shower, the entire building has no AC, luckily we went during the cold season so it was ok but imagine hot season with no AC in the rooms.

Great Stay at an Affordable Price
I had a pleasant stay at Swiss Lenana Mount Hotel. The hotel offers good value for money, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, making it easy to access different parts of Nairobi.

The hotel has very tight security which gave a sense of security and safety. The stuff was very attentive and helpful. My room was decent and acceptably clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there were no plugs to charge my devices near the bed. The rooftop provided great views of the city though.

Very pleasant stay. They had the best staff who always have a smile when they deal with you.
They have a nice spa and gym
I had a problem with my room and they moved me straightaway
The rooms are spacious and the beds are huge
Only problem I had was they don’t have air conditioning but when I asked for a fan it was brought to my room immediately
The housekeeper Lynda was great she always made sure your room was up to your satisfaction
The concierge Masinde was always on hand to help me. Whenever I came back to the hotel after a few days touring he would bring a plate of fruit to welcome me back
