Dont know where to start but one tge rooms are dump and most stuff are broken. Our bathroom door wasnt closing the towels look brown instead of white. 2 hangers in the room. Couldn’t shower till 11 as tgere was not hot water service was slow and pathetic really. For dinner my partner was given a chicken neck so degradation and can go on on on. Stay away from rgis place it doesn’t look anything like the pictures on this site an b prepared to have a quite time as there was nothing going on including tge tv.

The place was memorable. The staffs we very friendly. The meals we just wow very top notch The reception was just welcoming. I will always choose this Peppercorn resort as my destination in Naivasha. I will call it home

Don't know where to start or how to end this review. Everything, everyone and the resort itself is spectacular. If you're considering don't consider, just book it and you won't regret it. The rooms, the surrounding, the staff and the food was above and beyond amazing. A special shout out to David the Manager who went out of his way to make our stay memorable At every corner, there was a design detail or a service touch that delighted us and left us thinking. What a special place! Will definitely recommend.

Peppercorn is one of the most interesting place to visit if you are planning to go to Vasha. I took two weeks Vacation and I can assure you they did not disappoint my dream trip to Naivasha, Their packages are so adorable, especially accommodation.

A good, quiet and refreshing resort to renew your energy. I liked their tent category accommodation. David the resort manager was very hospital. Samuel the chef is expert in making delicious meals, Duncan, Doreen, Evans are a valuable asset to the property. Thank you all for making my stay enjoyable.
