Good stay overall! The service at check-in lacked a bit of polish, but that’s just the country vibe. Any frequent traveler would expect as much.

As a brand the room was good, location close to the station, free breakfast … the thing I got so upset was after 10am the hotel switched off the WiFi , I expected more from Tokyo-inn !!! Atleast inform customers ahead, I deleted my offline map thinking I can resize and download a new one , the staff was only doing they job but I wasted 45min where it should have taken a min , it was a joke !!

Near by train station just 5 minutes walk. Room is clean and breakfast is nice

The woman at the front desk was unpleasant and made me feel bad. I went inside for just 5 minutes because it was cold and I was meeting family members who had come to see me in front of the front desk, but she looked annoyed and I didn't think she was providing professional service. Otherwise, the room was clean and spacious, which was good. The location is also convenient, being just a short walk from Nakatsu Station and close to a convenience store.

The hotel is very close to the station, within walking distance. There are large supermarkets and drugstores nearby. Cleanliness, tidiness, and comfort are consistent with Toyoko Hotels & Resorts' philosophy, making it a highly recommended brand. The breakfast is also quite plentiful…

It was great that it was so close to the station, practically connected to it. There was a supermarket and a drugstore nearby, which was convenient. There was also a large park next to the city hall, perfect for walks. The room had a hairdryer next to the desk, and it was easy to do my makeup while looking in the large mirror. I was happy that they had dango soup for breakfast.

The hotel is a few minutes from the train station, right next to the tracks, but quiet. We liked everything. The breakfast was good.

I was sorry that I had to cancel on the day, but I didn't receive any call back and I don't know if I was able to cancel. It was very unpleasant.
