Booked 6 rooms, and 3 of them had cockroaches, more than one in each room. One room had a chemical smell, not sure if it was insecticide. The pipes were rusty. Checked in after 8 PM and checked out at 4:30 AM, didn't see any staff at either check-in or check-out.

The 'windowed view' was absolutely fabulous in that it was completely blocked from the outside.
No staff present onsite after 20.00hrs.
While room appeared clean and freshly renovated, I felt rashes developing after some sleep on the bed under the sheets.
Only provided a miniscule morsel ration of shower gel & shampoo. You may need to purchase your own if you need more.
The room has one of those extremely annoying 'energy saving' device that also turns off the fridge when you exit the room with your keys. My ice cream and food were all spoiled when I returned.
Be as it may, the place is definitely an ex-dormitory converted into daily room to let.

Stayed at Thap Kaeo Poshtel City Center Korat and overall it was an okay stay.
The room was clean and well maintained, which was a big plus. The location is also quite convenient and easy to get around.
However, service was just average, and amenities were fairly basic. One important point is that there is no reception available for late check-in, which can be inconvenient if you arrive at night, so make sure to plan ahead.
Overall, a decent option for a short stay if you’re looking for something simple and clean, but not much beyond that.

Getting around was easy and the room was super clean, with plenty of parking. What was new for me was the self check-in; I arrived late, so I had to do it online and communicate with staff via LINE, pretty much handling everything myself. It was my first time doing that, and honestly, it felt neither burdensome nor difficult, but rather quite fun. However, it might not be suitable for older guests.

The room was very clean and the service was excellent. The interior was decorated beautifully. The lighting made the room even more inviting and pleasing to the eye. Overall, it was excellent. The bed was soft and the bathroom was very well separated. ☺️☺️
