Fortune Hotel Korat

I was incredibly impressed from the moment I got out of the car; the staff were so welcoming. And I even won the lottery with my room number! LOL! This place brought me good luck. I wish I could stay for a week. When I come back, this is definitely where I'll be staying – I've fallen in love with it!

The hotel is clean, conveniently located, and offers excellent service. Plus, there's a shopping mall right across the street.

We visited during the renovation, so it wasn't ideal. However, I'm sure it will be beautiful once it's finished.

The restaurant is good, and the staff there are very helpful. The bellhops are also great; they quickly offered assistance. However, the front desk was reluctant to give us a good room with a nice view. After moving, we ended up in a room with a broken AC and a view of a temple. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which I knew before booking. I wanted to give an older hotel a chance, but being moved to a room where the air conditioner rattles every 10 minutes, the lights don't work, and the outlets are loose is just unacceptable. The fitness center smelled musty, and the swimming pool is closed for renovations until December. I don't think I'll be returning.

The room is under renovation, and the interior is a bit old. The bed is comfortable, and it's close to Terminal 21.
