As I've used Hop Inns in the past I knew what to expect. The room was exceptionally clean and everything worked as it should. The room was a little basic but did have everything that was needed. For the cost it was excellent value. My only issue was at check in when the staff kept insisting to see my passport which I did not have. I only had my Thai foreigner ID card which should be fine but the staff were confused. But it did all work out in the end.

The location is convenient, the staff is helpful and kind, and the rooms are clean.
I'd recommend becoming a member if you'd like the perk of checking in earlier than the standard check-in time, which I believe is 2:00 PM (14:00)

This hotel is very safe and incredibly clean, with bright rooms and an excellent location right next to Terminal 21, which is great for shopping. You can also visit the rooftop for free to enjoy a panoramic view of the Korat skyline. It's across from Big C, and you can easily walk to the old town, Saveone Market, The Mall Korat, Terminal 21, Central Korat, and the hotel, all located along the same main road. The staff are all very nice. I asked about train and bus routes from Korat to Khon Kaen, and they patiently helped me look it up. When I checked out the next day, the employee I spoke with the night before had thoughtfully printed out a train schedule for me, highlighting the routes I might need, and had a colleague hand it to me. I was really touched by this, thanks, Sunisa.
