The building is quite old. Also, I had a water bottle on the bed, and ants swarmed all over the condensation. The free Wi-Fi isn't strong enough for calls, but other than that, I didn't have any issues with it.
For a single room, I think the price is quite a good deal. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven nearby and restaurants within walking distance, so that's convenient. Tourist spots are also relatively close by, a bit of a walk, but if you don't mind, it's nice to stroll through the city while enjoying the scenery.
