What I got and what I really got, I booked the Supachai Hotel, when I got there the staff said the room was full even though I booked and paid for it before, then I was sent to another hotel, Smart Boutique. I asked why I didn't get the room I booked, why did I get another hotel? The staff replied that it was because they let me go and went somewhere else, which was really bad. The air conditioner was dusty, and the room was also really bad, much different from what I booked. What I don't understand is that the staff provided really bad service, made faces and spoke rudely to customers. Customers only wanted an answer, why did I book and not get that hotel but got another one, which was really bad, that they did this to customers.

Supachai Inn Hotel is located in the city of Nakhon Si Thammarat, near Khu Kwang Market, Sahathai Department Store, convenience stores, Robinson Ocean, Lotus, not far from Nakhon Si Thammarat Railway Station, can walk. The room is clean, fully equipped according to the standard, good service staff, coffee and bread in the morning. Improve the cleanliness of the coffee and bread area in the morning only.

The staff are all very nice. They speak well, are very hospitable, the room is clean, the location is very good, next to the market. Easy to walk. Go back and stay again.
