The staffs was excellent, helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good location with beside Lotus. Totally having a good experience to stay at this Hotel. Highly recommended and will definitely come again.

What a lovely place - it's clean and friendly - and out of the rat race - I haven't stayed at any others on this beach line, however, I can assure this is a safe and pleasant venue!!

Grand Fortune Hotel Nakhon Si Thammarat is a modern and well-maintained hotel that stands out as one of the best options in the city.
The property feels relatively new, with a clean and contemporary design throughout. The room was not very spacious and fairly standard in size, but it was clean, well-maintained, and practical. Everything was easy to use and met the expected standard for a comfortable stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Service could be a bit slow at times due to the number of guests, but they were doing their best and remained attentive throughout.
Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable stay. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Nakhon Si Thammarat.

The staff is very helpful and always with a smile. The room is clean and location is good with many shops around. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again if ever I come back.

Staff is great and helpful. The room is okay, but there is no electrical plug near the bed. The only available plug is at the table, which makes it inconvenient to relax on the bed after a day of activities.

Very nice hotel. Doormen, receptionists, and other workers were very warm and kind. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Only downside is the rooms do not have a microwave. Overall, great stay and would certainly stay here again if I need a hotel in NST!
