My stay in this hotel was elegant yet simple with a very nice way of mixing official business with calm private leisure. The staff are warm, friendly and courteous especially one Lilian Kimemia whose amiableness is just a spark and radiates joy in and though her service.

This hotel, Legacy; I love the ambience big and clean rooms, it's been my choice whenever am in Nakuru. The staffs are amazing, cool and friendly, If I were to rate them Lillian Wanjiru takes the crown so polite and professional, you have a bright future in hospitality industry, barikiwa. Legacy hotel ensure you sustain the standards. Highly recommend.
