This was a fabulous place! Everyone was so friendly, the food amazing and very clean. I highly recommend! The view is perfect. Family run. We will definitely come back if we make it back to Vietnam. They actually carry Hanoi beer which everywhere else only carries Saigon beer

Room is nice, very good views over the lake. Nice restaurant but people want to charge you a fortune for meals!! It's ridiculous to pay over 150 VND for rice! or 400 to 600 VND for dinner! Breakfast was simple . Don't expect juice, fruit or anything like that. Just a simple egg with fresh bread. Coffee from sachet... Drinks from the fridge and nice and cool, however they have no ice cream o either chips, sweets for kids.. They don't make Vietnamese coffee at all. They switch off the electricity when you go for activities so you don't use the air conditioner so when you are back to the room you need to let them know to switch it back on. The son is a friendly hostess and speaks English.. however mum, dad, cleaner etc don;t speak a word of English. There is actually a little restaurant with a kiosk just below from the accommodation who charge you normal prices in Vietnam ( delicious noodle soup very tasty for 60 VND) who are very friendly and pleasant to go to.

I did a vacation on summer to this wonderful fresh environment, it’s not only by the lush nature, and green freshlake in front of your balcony view but the by the services of them, they very friendly and helpful My family was really enjoy staying there, and we would love to come back someday soon!

A nicer place than I usual pay for, but worth the cost. The comfort and convenience of having modern facilities and an English-speaking host really helped in this area with little tourist infrastructure. Great food and helpful family staff for all my needs. All rooms have beautiful lakeside views.

Two night stay. The place enjoys a superb view of Lake Ba Be. Simple but decent breakfast. The managers are welcoming. The room (101) is large with a terrace overlooking the lake. The dinners were delicious. We had the chance to attend a very nice song and dance show. The downside: the accesses are extremely slippery in rainy weather (no handrail to get to the room located at a height).

Accueil mitigé sauf de la part des serveuses qui sont souriantes. Chambres correctes sans plus. Parcours du combattant pour acceder aux chambres.Clim antique qui fait un bruit de reacteur... La douche est vieille et l'eau coule au goutte a goutte. Petits dejeuner inclus mais tout est compté et il faut reclamer sans cesse.on a l'impression que ca leur coute .... Les repas sont corrects mais avec des prix élevés par rapport au secteur.. bref a ne prendre qu'un dernier recours.
