We stayed in this homestay as no better accommodation was available in Ba Be. The homestay is in a good location in a rice field surrounded by beautiful karsts but the accommodation is basic and the hot water failed. The dining area inside and out was busy and noisy with large family and business celebrations. It certainly is not a quiet spot to get away from it all but good location for boat trips. Breakfast was acceptable and the food served generally good. Being a homestay there was no ironing facility and no kettle in the room.
